Housing Minister Majed Al-Hogail announced a series of guarantees regarding the delivery of residential units being developed by real estate developers in cooperation with the Ministry to citizens, in accordance with the announced timeline, Al-Hogail noted that these guarantees will be announced in due course.

This came on the sidelines of a conference held by the Ministry in Jeddah yesterday with a number of developers to announce the fifth batch of the “Sakani 2018” program, which included 21,612 housing and financing products for beneficiaries.
