On the sidelines of the announcement of the fifth phase of the 2018 Sakani campaign, the Ministry of Housing signed agreements with five real estate developers to implement four projects in the Makkah region and one project in the Jubail Governorate.

The CEO of the National Housing Company, Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, revealed that the «Sakani» program aims to announce seven new projects in Jeddah this year, including two projects on Ministry-owned land in the Prince Fawaz neighborhood and northern Jeddah, and five projects on private sector land in a number of locations, providing more than 50,000 housing units ranging from villas and townhouses to apartments.

Al-Bati noted that reservations are currently ongoing for six housing projects in the cities of Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah, totaling more than 15,000 housing units.

He added that the «Sakani» program continues to announce reservation exhibitions in various regions of the Kingdom to meet the needs of beneficiaries.
