The Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee at the Ministry of Housing has issued a license for the off-plan sale of real estate units to “Dar Al-Arkan” for its “Shams Al-Riyadh” project, located north of Riyadh.
The Shams Al-Riyadh project is divided into five phases. The first phase involves a comprehensive development; the second phase consists of a project by SABIC built for its employees; and the third and fifth phases are awaiting approval from the municipality. As for the fourth phase, the company is working to launch sales of villas and apartments during the month of Ramadan, especially after it requested and received official approval today to sell off-plan.
Dar Al-Arkan recently launched the second phase of the Shams Riyadh project, which has been divided into five phases.
