The value of real estate transactions that took place during the month of Sha'ban 1439H amounted to 11.63 billion riyals, a decrease of 39 % compared to the same period last year, according to data issued by the Ministry of Justice that last month's transactions recorded a slight increase from the previous month by about 1 %, which amounted to 11.56 billion riyals in the month of Rajab.
