The Ministry of Housing has launched the interactive electronic platform “Sakani”, which provides details of all the projects announced by the Ministry since the start of the “Sakani” program in early 2017. The platform also provides many interactive services that include all details about its projects such as locations, prices, number of housing units, type, and various service facilities, in addition to the ability to register appointments to visit the projects and complete the final reservation procedures at the project site.

The project delivery page shows all the Ministry's projects, whether ready-made housing units, or housing units under construction “off-plan sale”, which is done in partnership with the private sector. The project delivery page on the website of the “Residential” program shows all the ministry's projects, whether ready-made housing units or residential units under construction in partnership with the private sector, where all projects are displayed in pictures, with the region, city, average prices and monthly installments for each housing unit, and the platform also provides the ability to download brochures that include details of each project and pictures of it, or models and designs in high quality.

The platform provides 45 projects for residential units under construction “off-plan sale” announced by the Ministry in various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to 20 projects for residential units ready for delivery, and the electronic platform “Sakani” represents a distinctive service for the beneficiaries of the projects of the Ministry of Housing, providing them with a comprehensive presentation of the projects and a full idea of prices to help them choose between the offered units and know what is available in their regions and cities from projects, whether ready projects, or residential units under construction “off-plan sale” which is done in partnership with the private sector.
