Housing program identifies the main reasons why 85% mortgage applicants were rejected

The Housing Program revealed the main reasons for rejecting the applications of 85% citizens applying for financing mortgage loans, where the supervisor of the program, Marwan Zawawi, confirmed that the lack of availability of the housing products that the applicant citizen wants is one of the biggest reasons for rejecting his application, in addition to the reason of the employer if he is in the private sector, and finally if the applicant reaches the age of 45 years, especially if he is in the military sector because he is close to early retirement.

Zawawi Zawawi reiterated the ministry's endeavor to strengthen the partnership with the private sector and real estate developers to provide housing units suitable for the Saudi family such as apartments, villas, duplexes and townhouses at prices ranging from 250 to 750 thousand, pointing out that the ministry has started looking for new construction techniques to help it accomplish the required in the fastest time, including 4D construction technology.

Zawawawi renewed his assurances of the ministry's endeavor to strengthen the partnership with the private sector and real estate developers to provide housing units suitable for the Saudi family.
