Housing Ministry to offer 282,000 subsidized housing products in 2017

<The Statistical Yearbook for 2017 published by the General Authority for Statistics finally revealed the results of the survey data on the relative distribution of housing products subsidized by the Ministry of Housing by regions during the past year 2017, where the Makkah region acquired the largest number of the total subsidized housing products with 30,487 housing units by 25.32% of the total housing units, 21,101 residential lands with 27.28% of the total residential lands, and 12,978 subsidized housing finance with 15.27% of the total subsidized housing finance in different regions of the Kingdom,

followed by the Riyadh region <The Riyadh region ranked second and accounted for 23,652 housing units with 19.65% of the total housing units, 6,434 residential lands with 8.32% of the total residential lands and 25,072 subsidized housing finance with 29.50% of the total subsidized housing finance in the regions, then the Eastern Province ranked third with 31,251 housing units accounting for 25.96% of the total housing units, 2,906 residential lands accounting for 3.76% of the total residential lands and 10,463 subsidized housing finance accounting for 12.31% of the total subsidized housing finance in the Kingdom's regions, followed by Asir region with 8,793 housing units at 7.30%, 11,449 residential lands at 14.80% and 6,884 subsidized housing finance at 8.10% of the total subsidized financing in the regions, then Medina region with 7,711 housing units at 6.41% and 6,884 subsidized housing finance at 6.10%.41%, 6,803 residential lands at 8.79% and 6,069 subsidized housing finance at 7.14% of the total subsidized housing finance, then Jazan region accounted for 1,523 housing units at 1.27%, 11,285 residential lands at 14.59% and 1,126 subsidized housing finance at 1.32% of the total subsidized housing finance, then Qassim region accounted for 2,046 housing units at 1.70%, 3,182 residential lands at 4.11% and 8,660 subsidized housing finance at 10.19%, then Tabuk region accounted for 7,582 housing units at 6.30% and 142 residential lands at 0.18% and 3,095 subsidized housing finance at 3.64%, followed by Hail region with 2,386 housing units at 1.98%, 4,843 residential lands at 6.26% and 2,881 subsidized housing finance at 3.39%, then Najran region with 994 housing units at 0.83%, 5,017 residential lands at 6.49% and 2,075 subsidized housing finance at 2.44%, then Al Jouf region with 2,261 housing units at 1.88%, 1,614 residential lands at 2.09% and 1,939 subsidized housing finance at 2.28%, then Northern Borders region with 1,588 housing units at 1.32% and 1,410 residential lands at 1.82%.82% and 2,151 subsidized housing finance at 2.53%, then Al-Baha region, the least among the regions, which accounted for 115 housing units at 0.10%, 1,169 residential lands at 1.51% and 1,607 subsidized housing finance at 1.89% of the total subsidized financing in the Kingdom's regions.
