The Saudi Real Estate Institute, the academic arm of the General Real Estate Authority, announced last Sunday summer discounts worth 20% for the courses of Professional Real Estate Broker, Professional Owners Association Manager, and Fundamentals of Facilities Management for the months of July and August / Shawwal and Dhul Qa'dah for the current year.

The Institute offered its discounts to facilitate those wishing to attend the real estate courses to benefit from them in capacity building through the development and qualification of real estate brokers, developers, marketers and managers of owners' associations in conjunction with the facilities managers in the associations.

The courses come within the endeavors of the General Authority for Real Estate and the Institute to develop programs that can be used to build capacity and raise professional standards in the real estate sector in the Kingdom to the highest levels, through the training and qualification of real estate market workers, in addition to spreading knowledge and meeting the training and educational needs of the real estate sector in cooperation with the Institute's international and local partners.
