<The Real Estate Contributions Committee (Tasfeeha) intends to offer 7 troubled real estate contributions for sale by public auction and direct sale during the remainder of 2018. The Secretary General of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, Mr. Hamza Al-Askar, stated that preparations are underway in the committee to fully equip these contributions by ending all legal issues on them in preparation for their liquidation and selling them at the best possible return through public auction and direct sale, which will include various regions in the Kingdom as follows (Riyadh - Makkah - Eastern - Kharj)
Al-Askar emphasized that the fourth quarter of 2018 “after Eid Al-Adha” is the expected date for auctioning these contributions, calling on everyone to follow the committee's continuous announcements through its electronic channels: www.tasfiah.sa and Twitter @satasfiah
