Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department today totaled more than 415 million dirhams.

The department recorded 115 transactions worth 142 million dirhams, including 29 land transactions worth 30 million dirhams and 86 apartment and villa transactions worth 112 million dirhams.

The most significant land sale was worth 11 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a sale worth 8 million dirhams in the Al Habia 3 area, and then a sale worth 3 million dirhams in the Al Habia 3 area.

As for the largest apartment and villa sales, a transaction worth 8 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area was the largest, followed by a transaction worth 7 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a transaction worth 4 milliondirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.

The Al Thania 5 area led all areas in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 11 sales worth 7 million dirhams, followed by the Al Barsha South 4 area with 9 sales worth 5 million dirhams, and third was Burj Khalifawith 8 sales totaling 25 million dirhams.

Mortgages totaled 273 million dirhams, including 27 land mortgages worth 186 million dirhams and 34 villa and apartment mortgages worth 87 million dirhams. The largest was in the Al Matina area, worth 95 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area valued at 61 million dirhams.
