The Ministry of Housing reported that more than 2.6 million visitors accessed the “Sakani” website to explore the various housing options offered by the Ministry, while the program’s team made more than half a million phone calls and sent text messages to beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program to inform them of the housing options provided by the ministry and invite them to visit the projects it has launched in various regions of the Kingdom.
Data from the “Sakani” program showed that 184,706 phone calls were made to beneficiaries registered on the Ministry’s lists, while the number of text messages sent reached 315,628, including information about the services provided by the ministry and the options available to beneficiaries, as well as information about the 46 projects currently under construction and the 20 ready-to-move-in housing units.
The Ministry emphasized that the process of communicating with beneficiaries aims to inform them about the Ministry’s services and keep them updated on the latest developments. This communication takes place on an ongoing basis as part of the program administrators“ efforts to provide beneficiaries with appropriate housing and financing options, noting that all communication channels are available to beneficiaries via text messages and direct contact, or by responding to their inquiries through the ”Beneficiary Care" Twitter account, or by receiving phone calls at the Ministry’s toll-free number.
