The number of real estate brokers who have joined the “Ejar” network has reached approximately 8,000 certified real estate brokers, while the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, Saif Al-Suwailem, clarified that there are no accurate statistics on real estate brokers who specialize solely in sales and are not registered with the “Ejar” network.
Last February, the Ministry of Housing launched the “Ejar” online rental services network in collaboration with the Ministries of the Interior, Justice, and Communications.
It is worth noting that the “Ejar Network” provides numerous electronic services to parties involved in the rental process, such as contract documentation, and electronic payments, while requiring all real estate brokers in every city across the Kingdom to notarize the standardized lease agreement through the ”Ijar” online rental services network—an agreement recognized as an enforceable legal document.
