The 8th edition of the Dubai Property Fair in Shanghai kicked off yesterday, Friday, and is being held for the second time at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center. and will continue until tomorrow, Sunday, September 2, 2018.

In this regard, the Dubai Land Department, the organizer of the exhibition, announced its collaboration with «Somanza» Exhibitions to organize this unique real estate exhibition, featuring the best real estate developers to highlight Dubai’s position as an ideal destination for real estate investment among Chinese investors.

According to the Dubai Land Department, Chinese investors have injected up to 14.3 billion dirhams ($3.8 billion) into Dubai’s real estate market and rank high on the list of the top 10 nationalities investing in Dubai. Their real estate transactions are also expected to increase thanks to the granting of entry visas to Chinese citizens upon their arrival in Dubai.
