The Saudi Real Estate Institute, the academic arm of the General Real Estate Authority, has completed its arrangements to organize thirteen real estate and specialized courses in eight cities during this September, including two courses held for the first time in the cities of Khamis Mushait and Jazan.

These courses deal with detailed scientific information on real estate brokerage that enables workers and interested parties to familiarize themselves with the ethics of the profession, knowledge of the statutory and legal responsibility of the real estate brokerage profession, the basics of facilities management, types of maintenance programs, systems and tools, and the management of owners' associations, to familiarize themselves with the rights and responsibilities of owners living in joint properties.

These courses come within the framework of the real estate brokerage program. The courses come within the endeavors of the General Real Estate Authority and the Institute to develop and raise the cognitive and cultural level of those working in the real estate market by providing specialized real estate programs by experts in the real estate field, and to achieve strategic objectives, including familiarity with the regulations and legislation of the Saudi real estate market and its development and regulation, as well as creating new job opportunities for Saudis, in addition to being a real estate platform to exchange experiences and knowledge, and organizing relevant conferences, events and exhibitions.

It is worth mentioning that since its establishment, the Institute has organized 68 training courses in 8 areas related to the real estate sector, during which it worked to qualify workers in the sector and provide them with the necessary skills to provide a professional real estate environment that guarantees the rights of all parties in the process of selling, buying and leasing, and ensures the professionalism of workers in the sector, and participated in these courses about 2000 male and female trainees working or wishing to work in the sector.

Notably, the Institute organized 68 training courses in 8 areas related to the real estate sector.
