Data released by the Ministry of Justice revealed that the value of real estate transactions in 1439ﮬ reached about 172.01 billion riyals, recording a decrease of 15% equivalent to 31.1 billion riyals compared to 1438ﮬ, continuing its decline for the fourth consecutive year.

Real estate transactions during 1439 AH were distributed between residential worth 117.8 billion riyals, and commercial worth 54.21 billion riyals.

Real estate transactions that took place on land plots accounted for the largest share, reaching 150.94 billion riyals with a value of about 88% of the total value: 18.0pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: #222222;">.

As for the most active cities in terms of the value of real estate transactions during 1439H, Riyadh was the highest with deals worth 61.96 billion riyals, followed by Jeddah with about 23.81 billion riyals.
