On this blessed day, we mark the 88th anniversary of a cherished occasion in the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: the unification of this country under King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him. This occasion is dear to us all, as it allows us to recall the glories and heroic deeds of the past, as well as the tireless efforts and diligent work of our forefathers and ancestors, who strived to bequeath to future generations great and remarkable national achievements that, praise be to God, have secured a lofty status and prestige for our beloved Kingdomin the Arab, Islamic, and global arenas across various sectors, and the Saudi real estate sector has garnered honor and attention as a result. This sector is witnessing many transformations and achievements, including the issuance of the esteemed Cabinet’s decision to establish the General Real Estate Authority, which drew its vision from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 with its inspiration and ambition to achieve comprehensive national development . The Authority has begun working to ensure that the Saudi real estate sector is dynamic and attractive, characterized by trust and innovation. It has implemented projects and initiatives to regulate and develop the real estate sector, improve market efficiency, and provide services and solutions to its partners. There is no doubt that this occasion renews our loyalty to our wise leadership, our sense of belonging to our beloved homeland, and our love and devotion to the leader of our journey, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud  —may God support him—and His Royal Highness the Trustworthy Crown Prince—may God protect them both. I also ask Almighty God to bestow upon our leaders and upon us the blessing of health and well-being, and to grant us security, safety, and stability in our beloved homeland.
