The “Wafi” Off-Plan Sales Committee announced its approval of the sale of 4,775 villas in the “City of Roses” project in Taif, owned by Imaad Management for Development and Development, in accordance with the regulations, The committee also approved the sale of the “Shams Al-Diyar” project in Riyadh, owned by “Al-Diyar Arab Real Estate Development Company,” which comprises 503 residential units, including villas and townhouses.

The program announced on its Twitter account that it had issued off-plan marketing licenses for 610 units from the “Manzil Al-Safwa” project in Jeddah, owned by Union of Brothers Development Company, which comprises 579 units, including villas, apartments, and commercial spaces; and the Alasia project in the Republic of Cyprus, owned by Makar Real Estate Company, which comprises 31 villas.
