“Monsha'at launches entrepreneurs” offices in King Abdullah Economic City to serve 35 male and female entrepreneurs

To coincide with and celebrate National Day, the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) launched yesterday, the second phase of the Entrepreneur Offices in King Abdullah Economic City, to enable entrepreneurs to enter the free market and become a key driver of economic development in Saudi Arabia and a catalyst for achieving Vision 2030.

The offices cover an area of approximately 700 square meters and are designed to support business growth among small and medium-sized enterprises, provide an attractive and suitable environment for entrepreneurs, facilitate business start-ups and reduce costs, support innovation, as well as stimulate investment in the business incubator sector and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The number of entrepreneurs benefiting from the offices offering coworking space services has reached 35, spanning six economic sectors, including logistics, technology, renewable energy, food and beverages, entertainment, and innovative industries. The locations allocated to each beneficiary company were selected based on the number of employees, in collaboration with King Abdullah Economic City and the Economic Cities Authority.

It is worth noting that the opening of the entrepreneurs« offices in King Abdullah Economic City comes within the framework of the strategic partnership agreement between »Monsha’at,« King Abdullah Economic City, and the Economic Cities Authority, which aims to create an attractive environment that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to conduct their business by providing comprehensive facilities and services to entrepreneurs in the economic city, with the goal of supporting the small and medium-sized enterprise sector, and increasing their share of GDP from 20% to 35%, in line with the goals of Vision 2030.
