Careem acquires and integrates Commute to leverage Indian technology in Saudi Arabia

For an undisclosed amount, Careem has acquired Hyderabad, India-based ride-hailing app Commute. The deal ensures Careem has access to Commute's high-quality talent and technology, which will be fully integrated into Careem, accelerating the company's expansion into mass transit by adding bus services in more than 100 cities in which it operates.
