In response to the desire of many owners, the Real Estate Units Sorting Program has launched the service of merging real estate units, which allows joining two or more separate real estate units to become one real estate unit, and this is done by obtaining an electronic and automated merger report that allows obtaining a unified title deed.

The service of merging real estate units is one of the factors that determine the needs of the market, as increasing the area of ownership reduces the burden on owners when completing the procedures with the relevant authorities, and enables them to obtain investment or financing benefits.

For his part, the General Supervisor of Real Estate Regulation at the Ministry of Housing, Engineer Mazen bin Mohammed Al-Dawood, confirmed that the service of merging units is one of the steps of expansion and development of the real estate units sorting program, and it came in response to many requests of real estate unit owners that were taken into consideration. Al-Dawood added that this service was launched to be fully electronic to obtain a record of merging real estate units in a building or real estate complex that authorizes them to obtain a single title deed, provided that the owner is provided with the progress of the application process via electronic messages.

Dawood added that the service was launched to be fully electronic so that the beneficiary obtains a record of merging the real estate units in a building or real estate complex that entitles him to obtain a single title deed. <The real estate units sorting program works on sorting (dividing) a building or a real estate complex into several real estate units through which all information about the real estate unit and its share of the land area and the area of the common areas in the property and the rights of use are determined, as the service is provided electronically through the real estate units sorting portal through which registration and reviewing the approved engineering offices and choosing one of them, in order to submit, process and audit the request through them, after which the owner will receive messages explaining the workflow mechanism, and the beneficiary will be able to obtain sorting minutes authorizing him to obtain title deeds, all without the need to visit the owner's home.
