The Ministry of Housing announced via its “Beneficiary Care” Twitter account that if a beneficiary is unable to reach an agreement with a financier, the Ministry will provide them with another financier, noting that the fees paid will be deducted from the value of the property.

The Ministry confirmed that the earnest money paid by the beneficiary to the developer will guarantee the beneficiary’s reservation of the housing unit.
