Gatehouse Bank, a subsidiary of Bayt Al-Awraq Securities, announced the launch of the first phase of a major residential project in several British cities, involving the construction of 927 homes at an estimated cost of 110 million pounds.
Abdulaziz Al-Duwais, the bank’s head of investment, explained that the project—launched in partnership with the British company “Sigma”—meets the high demand for residential real estate and involves the construction and rental of homes and apartments for middle-income earners, noting that, following the success of the first phase, the investment could be expanded to include 6,000 homes at a cost of up to 700 million pounds.
