The Developer Services Center “I'tamamam” of the Ministry of Housing continued to provide its services to the public and private sectors, approving 119 residential plans with a total area of more than 159 million square meters during the last nine months of 2018, distributed in all regions of the Kingdom.
These plans were distributed in all regions of the Kingdom.
Mecca and Riyadh in the lead
The Makkah region received the largest number of plans approved by the center with 19 plans with an area of 32.7 million square meters, followed by the Asir region with 16 plans and an area of more than 27 million square meters.In a press release yesterday, the center explained that 15 plans were approved in the Riyadh region with an area of 9.7 million square meters, 12 plans in Al-Baha region with an area of 7.5 million square meters, and Medina with 11 plans and an area of more than 19.5 million square meters.
The center also completed the completion of the completion of the plans in the Asir region with 16 plans and an area of more than 27 million square meters.

Three stages in the service of approving plans
The center, in cooperation with the concerned government agencies and consultants, reviews the documents and plans to ensure that they comply with the requirements and building systems and follows up the application until the issuance of the accreditation and sending it to the applicant.
It is worth mentioning that it is noteworthy to mention that the accreditation center is located in the center's headquarters.
