With 103 residential units, Lootah Real Estate Development has launched “The Edge,” a new residential project within the “Iwan Residences” complex, scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2020.

The “The Edge” project features a five-story residential building, in addition to a ground floor and a penthouse, with units ranging from studio apartments to one- and two-bedroom units, covering a total built-up area of 145,000 square feet.

The “Iwan Residences” complex is a mixed-use residential development featuring a range of retail stores, residences, and recreational facilities, spanning two million square feet within the Dubai Investment Park.
