Sheikh Zayed Housing Program has issued a tender for the design and supervision of the residential neighborhood project in Al Awir I area in Dubai, which includes 248 housing units, where 24 housing units have 2 bedrooms, 50 housing units consist of 3 bedrooms, 162 units consist of 4 bedrooms, and 12 housing units consist of 5 bedrooms.

For his part, the program's Executive Director of Engineering Affairs, Engineer Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, explained that the project area is 279 thousand square meters, while its estimated cost is 450 million dirhams: 20.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif"; color: #222222;“>.

Mansouri added that the program requires experience, knowledge and expertise in the use of environmental applications approved under the "Estidama" program issued by the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities in Abu Dhabi, or the requirements of green building classification "Saafat System" issued by Dubai Municipality, in addition to the implementation of similar works during the past 5 years as one of the most important conditions in the differentiation between applicants, and the need to have a qualified and full-time technical and administrative staff to work on the project and subject to evaluation by the program.
