Al-Dawood pointed out that the "Ejar" program of the Ministry of Housing has increased the demand for real estate brokers to register and obtain accreditation since its launch this year. <Al Dawood pointed out that real estate brokers registered in the electronic network can benefit from contract documentation services and perform his tasks at any time and place, where he can follow the performance indicators of his rental operations, list real estate units in the network, view vacant and non-vacant rental units, sign Mediation agreement electronically, register rental contracts and send them to the parties to the contract to be documented electronically through Absher platform, they can view, save and follow up contracts electronically, receive alert messages for the beginning and end of the contract, and the mediator can issue receipt and disbursement bonds electronically after receiving the rental value.
He explained that unregistered real estate brokers can join the network by visiting the Ejar website https://ejar.sa// in order to benefit from the network's services and obtain a certified real estate broker certificate automatically after passing the online training course.
Real estate brokers can also view, save and follow up contracts electronically, and receive alerts messages about the beginning and near the end of the contract.
