The Riyadh Chamber of Commerce has invited all taxable businesses with annual revenues exceeding 375,000 riyals to attend a workshop on value-added tax (VAT) in collaboration with the General Authority for Zakat and Income, on the morning of Thursday, October 18, 2018, at the Chamber’s headquarters.
The workshop aims to assist businesses with annual revenues exceeding 375,000 riyals in registering for value-added tax (VAT), enabling them to learn about the steps required for preparation and registration, understand the accounting system, manage purchases, calculate VAT, and file tax returns.
Businesses can visit the official VAT website, VAT.GOV.SA, which offers a wide range of tools and information that serve as a useful resource for businesses to ensure their readiness, along with guidance materials and comprehensive information covering all aspects of the registration process and preparation for the tax’s implementation.
