They pointed out that in 1985 the number of arbitration institutions did not exceed 43, while today they cannot be counted, explaining that commercial arbitration contributes to the speed of completion and adjudication of disputes.
Sheikh Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Judicial Council, said that the expansion of arbitration, especially commercial arbitration, contributes to the speedy resolution of disputes and raise quality, stressing that it is a supportive means of dispute resolution alongside the judiciary.
