The Ministry of Housing announced on its official Twitter account that beneficiaries are entitled to obtain direct ownership of the land title and take possession of the property after completing construction and submitting a certificate of completion.

The Ministry of Housing allocated 75,000 residential plots across various regions of the Kingdom last year and aims to allocate an additional 85,000 residential plots by the end of 2018 as part of the “Sakani” program.
