To enhance performance efficiency and planning quality, Housing Minister Majed Al-Hogail launched the “Anjaz” e-portal to support decision-making within the housing system, which is designed to improve and monitor the results of strategic indicators.

The “Anjaz” system includes several electronic systems, most notably the Strategic Performance Management System, the Enterprise Project Management System, and the Vision Realization Office’s e-portal.

Abdulaziz bin Malham Al-Mufiz, Head of the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Housing, said that these systems enhance communication with more than fifty initiatives and monitor their progress and achievements through more than 248 key and operational performance indicators.

He added that these systems help ensure the achievement of specified goals and outcomes by linking all objectives to indicators, in addition to providing a comprehensive overview of all updated data for initiatives and projects, thereby enhancing the team’s ability to identify necessary steps.

He emphasized the importance of implementing these systems, which will help achieve the Ministry’s goals and implement its strategy more effectively, thereby improving the quality of services and procedures related to all organizational programs and initiatives, as well as the sectors under the Ministry’s jurisdiction.
