Emaar Properties announced the launch of sales for “Collective 2.0,” following the sale of all units announced as part of the first phase of the “Collective” complex in “Dubai Hills Estate.”

“Collective 2.0” offers customers the opportunity to transition from a rental-based lifestyle to homeownership, with prices for residential units starting at 664,888 dirhams for a one-bedroom apartment, with the option to take advantage of innovative payment plans.
