The General Authority for Real Estate and the Eastern Chamber organize a workshop to discuss the challenges facing those dealing with the real estate sector

In the presence and participation of the Governor of the General Authority for Real Estate Essam Al Mubarak and members of the Real Estate and Urban Development Committee, the General Authority for Real Estate, in cooperation with the Eastern Chamber, organized a workshop to discuss the regulation of the activities of real estate offices and companies in the Kingdom, and review the current regulation and the need to develop it in line with the requirements and needs of the current stage, and a large number of those interested in real estate affairs, workers in the sector, real estate brokers, developers and representatives of financing agencies in the region attended the workshop

The workshop aims to discuss and diagnose the challenges facing those dealing with the real estate sector, and to identify their rights and obligations of real estate companies and offices with the conditions and controls for the practice of real estate brokerage and other real estate services that can be provided by these offices and companies.

Abdul Hakim Al Ammar Al Khalidi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber, explained that the workshop aims to discuss and diagnose the challenges facing those dealing with the real estate sector. Al Khalidi pointed out that the workshop was an appropriate opportunity to learn about the role of the General Authority for Real Estate and its role in activating its regulatory and supervisory tasks on the real estate sector with the aim of developing it, raising its efficiency, encouraging investment in the sector and preserving the rights of those dealing in it.
