The Ministry of Housing announced that reservations are now open for four new projects it had previously announced as part of the 2018 Housing Program, which will provide 1,767 residential villas in four cities (Al-Hofuf, Al-Aflaj, Ha'il, and Al-Bada'i). The ministry clarified in a press release that the villas will be handed over to citizens after the final reservation procedures are completed, noting that prospective buyers can visit fully furnished and equipped model villas for viewing and reservation in each project, in addition to certain benefits and discounts offered to beneficiaries by the Kingdom’s leading furniture companies.
Al-Hofuf Project
Among the projects announced by the Ministry of Housing was the Al-Hofuf Project, which includes two models: (Al-Ahsa Housing A) and (Al-Ahsa Housing B), which provide 500 residential villas. The price of a ready-to-move-in villa in the first project is (440,500 riyals) with monthly installments starting at (1,469 riyals), while in the second project, the price of a villa is (446,500 riyals) with monthly installments starting at (1,488 riyals), Note that the land area for each villa is 500 square meters. The project, with a total area of 470,611 square meters, includes mosques, parks, and land designated for various service facilities and government agencies.
Al-Aflaj Housing Project
The price of a single villa is 363,000 riyals in the Al-Aflaj Housing Project in the Riyadh region, which offers 127 ready-to-move-in residential villas with monthly installments starting at 1,210 riyals, The project is built on a total area of (148,688 square meters) and includes two mosques, a grand mosque, and three playgrounds.
Hail Housing Project
Meanwhile, the price of a villa in the Hail Housing Project—which offers 1,040 residential villas—is (371,500 riyals), with monthly installments starting at (1,238 riyals), and a total area of 2,499,159 square meters. The project also includes a number of public parks, playgrounds, green spaces, and mosques, in addition to sites designated for various government and service agencies, such as schools and health centers.
Al-Bada’i Housing Project
The Al-Bada’i Housing Project in the Al-Qassim region offers 100 ready-to-move-in residential villas, each valued at (310,000 riyals), with monthly installments starting at (1,033 riyals), The project is built on an area of 77,696 square meters, with each villa occupying 500 square meters of land, and includes gardens, playgrounds, and a mosque.
The Ministry confirmed that these projects, which will be handed over to beneficiaries, are fully equipped with infrastructure and services, including electricity, water, sewage, paved roads, sidewalks, and street lighting, in addition to a stormwater drainage system, These projects are an extension of approximately 25 ready-to-move-in residential villa projects previously announced by the Ministry, which provide more than 8,444 residential villas distributed across various cities in the Kingdom.
