The Cabinet approved today, under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, amending the list of types of activity excluded from foreign investment by excluding from the services sector in that list (service services and provision of workers, including recruitment offices - audio and video services - land transportation services - brokerage services for real estate).

The Cabinet approved today under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz. <Dr. Awwad Al Awwad, Minister of Information, said in his statement following the session that the Cabinet expressed its appreciation for the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the second session of the Global Forum “Future Investment Initiative” for 2018 in the city of Riyadh. He praised the signing of huge agreements and investment projects to continue building strong strategic partnerships and reviewing opportunities for investment partnerships with the private sector in light of the diversification and continuous progress of the Kingdom's economy according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the presence of a large number of leaders and heads of state, specialized ministers, prominent figures and pioneers from decision-makers, businessmen, investors, innovators and others who contribute to shaping the future of global investment after the success achieved by the initiative last year with more than 3,800 participants from 90 countries.

Minister Al Awwad said in his statement following the session that the Cabinet expressed its appreciation for the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
