155,000 operations and services carried out by the Ministry of Justice through courts and notaries

<The Ministry of Justice carried out about 155,000 operations and services during the past week, including those carried out through courts and notaries, as well as through e-services. The ministry said that judicial operations amounted to about 77,000 operations in courts (general, commercial, labor, penal and personal status), in addition to more than 56,000 documentation operations through notaries or electronic services, in addition to more than 22,000 execution operations.

The ministry stressed that the total number of hearings held by the ministry during the past week was about 155,000. <The ministry stressed that the total number of sessions held by the courts amounted to about 39,000 sessions, while the courts issued about 17,000 rulings during the same period. As for the operations witnessed by the enforcement courts, which amounted to more than 22,000 operations, of which more than 4,500 operations are represented by enforcement decisions issued by the enforcement courts in the Kingdom. The Ministry pointed out that notarization operations related to real estate exceeded 10,000 operations, including transfer of ownership and others, while the rest of the operations varied between the agency issued through e-services and others through notaries, in addition to other notarization services such as updating deeds and canceling or verifying agencies.
