Anan Real Estate plans to launch major projects in the cities of Dammam and Unaizah, where it is launching an integrated housing project in Dammam adjacent to the Al-Dahiyah district, comprising 950 residential villas ranging in size from 300 to 700 square meters, on a site estimated at half a million square meters.
Mr. Bandar Al-Dhahik, CEO of Anan Real Estate, announced that construction will begin within the next three months following the approval of all plans, emphasizing that the project is distinguished by its strategic location and proximity to the new neighborhoods sought after by residents, Al-Dhahik noted that all residential designs for the villas underwent a thorough study of the needs and preferences of Saudi families, who are the primary target audience, especially given our successful track record in similar projects in the Al-Aziziyah area of Al-Khobar and East Riyadh, He added, "We have been keen to fulfill all preferences, however diverse and varied they may be, so that the residential units are suitable for the widest possible segment of society."
Al-Dahik confirmed that the company is in the final stages of preparations to begin construction, which we expect to complete, God willing, in 2022. He noted that the company will announce the start of reservations for all villas soon, God willing.
Regarding the Unaizah project in Al-Qassim, Al-Dahik explained that the project is located on Omar bin Al-Khattab Road, one of the most vital streets in the region, He noted that the project comprises 400 residential villas ranging in size from 250 to 350 square meters, with careful consideration given to appropriate streets, parks, mosques, and the environment to enhance residents’ quality of life. He added that construction will begin soon, one month after the start of the Dammam project, and the project has been approved under the name “Al-Nakheel Plan.”
