Mortgage Financing – Al-Bilad Bank has launched a unique environmental initiative by installing a solar energy system at Al-Bilad Tower—the General Administration Building on King Fahd Road in Riyadh—covering an area of 1,743 square meters.

This initiative is one of the largest renewable energy projects with a sustainable impact on environmental conservation, significantly helping to power Al-Bilad Tower with clean energy that will reduce carbon emissions that are harmful to the environment and lower consumption costs.

This initiative will have a positive impact on the environment by:

• Saving more than 80,000 liters of fuel annually.
• Reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 194 metric tons annually.
• Reducing nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide emissions by 1,872 kilograms annually.
