Real Estate – Platforms affiliated with the “Sakani” program saw significant engagement during the month of September, with approximately 27,000 inquiries answered, while the number of requests and inquiries processed through the “Sakani” website exceeded 6,064, and approximately 1,900 objections were addressed through the “Contact Us” service on the Sakani website.
The beneficiary support account (SaudiHousingCC@) on Twitter handled 6,350 inquiries through the account designated “Sakani” to answer all questions from Saudi families regarding the housing options and financing solutions offered by the program, including residential land, the purchase of ready-to-move-in and under-construction housing units, and self-construction.
The number of visits to the “Sakani” app exceeded 158,000 via smart devices to take advantage of the integrated e-services provided by the program, such as (immediate reservation of land and electronic issuance of contracts, reserving units and viewing their locations and floor plans, accessing financing offers and selecting the most suitable financing provider, issuing a VAT certificate for the first home, the real estate advisor service, and engineering designs for self-construction), among other services.
"Sakani" continues to introduce more land and residential unit projects with the aim of increasing homeownership rates to 70% by 2030, in line with the targets of the housing program —one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 —as part of 82 projects providing over 132,000 units with prices ranging from 250,000 to 750,000, in addition to 205 plans offering more than 175,000 residential plots to meet the needs of Saudi families.
