“Thabat Al-Maskan Real Estate” has achieved a new milestone in the “Al-Muhandiya” residential project in the Al-Jawan suburb of Riyadh, by securing reservations for more than 90% of the project’s 628 villas within just 48 hours of the project’s launch on the Ministry of Housing’s “Sakani” platform.

Reservations for the residential units began immediately after the “Al-Muhandiya” project was launched on the Ministry of Housing’s “Sakani” platform on Thursday, November 5, with total reservations reaching 90%, Thabat Al-Maskan also showcased the “Al-Muhandiyah” project at the Comprehensive Housing Center in Riyadh to provide a detailed explanation and finalize procedures for those who had made reservations.

The “Al-Muhandiya” project features integrated infrastructure and services, including electricity, water, and sewage, in addition to designated areas for public services and facilities; to achieve the highest standards of quality of life that meet the requirements of upscale housing. The project is located 10 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, 15 minutes from Princess Noura University, and near a group of metro stations in northern Riyadh, with prices starting at 750,000 riyals.
