The Ministry of Housing announced that it will stop accepting applications for existing financing support effective January 1, and stated that support will continue to be provided through subsidized loans for various housing solutions and products offered by the Housing Program.

The Ministry clarified that the suspension of the “existing financing support” product applies to contracts signed with financing entities in the past outside the framework of the Ministry of Housing. However, the options for purchasing from the market, self-construction, and off-plan projects remain available and ongoing for all beneficiaries of the Sakani Program.
