In this space of Amlak newspaper, we have always highlighted the importance of the strategic outlook of the private sector; borrowing the insight of Blue Dove in reading the future economic real estate and the state's directions aimed at the participation of private companies and institutions in consolidating the pillars of the national economy and increasing local output of non-oil revenues.

In light of these proactive readings, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in his speech to businessmen, outlined the outlines of the future of investment in the next ten years, emphasizing the government's generosity in rotating and managing the wheel of the economy through the gears of the private sector at all levels; and announced the Public Investment Fund's plan to pump 12 trillion riyals in investments that stimulate private sector growth, in addition to 3 trillion riyals of investments by the fund, while the share of expected consumption was 5 trillion riyals; These stimulating and ambitious figures launched by the Crown Prince need careful study by the boards of directors of companies to come up with an idea.

The trillion figures that jumped to 27 trillion riyals for general government spending will renew the blood in the veins of the real estate sector and the contracting sector, as each trillion of this expected budget will be based in its economic cycle on the pillars and lists of real estate as an authentic business incubator, in addition to the boom in the contracting sector that was almost drowned by projects worth 400 billion riyals, so how will his electric shock measure in trillions?!!!

If the national private sector does not intensify its phased preparations to match these successive leaps, it will be an easy victim for international and foreign companies that have started to organize their home from within to provide their services in the Kingdom, and as we explained in previous articles, the survival of the strongest in the world of investment and competition."
