Othman considered that Saudi women have entered an exceptional stage and reflected on their giving in the service of their community, and in recent years have achieved tangible achievements in various fields, especially the real estate sector, noting that they have assumed managerial and leadership positions in the largest real estate companies, and opened women's real estate offices in various cities of the Kingdom, and achieved progress and success that enabled them to put their mark on the Saudi real estate market.

Noura Al-Othman pointed out that the challenges facing the female element in the real estate market are great and renewed, and believes that the empowerment of women, their excellence and proving their worthiness to enter the real estate sector after it was the monopoly of men, and praised the strength of the Saudi businesswoman's personality, self-confidence and ability to persuade and negotiate, which increases her chances of completing real estate deals implemented and potential.

Preserving the rights of marketers

Othman addressed the issues facing women in marketing and the lack of fulfillment of their financial entitlements by the real estate offices in which they work, and suggested providing guarantees and contracts that preserve the rights of women marketers in the percentage of the market, and expressed her dissatisfaction with the short-sightedness of some clients who refuse to deal with the female element because the field is only for men.

About her personal experience in establishing her own office, she said that empowering women and facilitating procedures helped her to open a women's real estate office in less than two days, and this in turn contributed to her success and was her biggest supporter, and praised the role of the Saudi Real Estate Institute and the high efficiency of trainers in laying the building blocks for the real estate market for women; by providing information and gaining enough experience for her to launch and succeed in the real estate market.
