The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Liquidation” announced the appointment of “Rakaz Real Estate” as the real estate marketer for the Al-Faisaliah land project in Al-Khobar, while “Al-Tharwa Real Estate” was appointed as the real estate marketer for the Qurtuba land project in Riyadh. This announcement came during the committee’s most recent meeting, held at the end of last April.

The committee approved the sale of seven plots of land in Al-Mashayha, Al-Bukayriyah, for a total of 542,443 riyals, and noted the sale of the remaining plots from the Al-Khars land contribution in Al-Ahsa Governorate, with a total area of 24,285 m². The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfiya” had announced the start of disbursing payments to shareholders in the “Jawhara Al-Matar” contribution, requiring the presentation of the original certificate and proof of payment, with priority given to those who paid first.
