The National Housing Company (NHC) announced the availability of booking the second phase of the Mashriqiya residential project for units under construction located east of Riyadh, and the second phase provides 449 units out of 3701 different housing units hosted by the project, within the efforts of the “Residential” program to provide housing options and solutions to meet the aspirations of the Saudi family and contribute to increasing the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030, within the targets of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom Vision 2030 -.
The company explained that the second phase of the “Masharqiya” project includes 4 engineering designs that provide 4 different models for beneficiaries with areas ranging from 350 - 417 m2, and the units can be booked through the website and application of “Sakani” or visit the comprehensive Sakani Center in Riyadh.
For his part, the CEO of the National Housing Company, Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, pointed out that the second phase of the “Al-Mashariya” project comes as an extension of the company's continuous efforts to increase the real estate supply of quality and affordable housing units, pointing out that the “Al-Mashariya” project comes as one of the advanced options recently launched by the company within its various projects that witnessed a demand from the beneficiaries.
Al-Batti explained that the first phase of the Masharqiya project, which was previously launched, provided 1200 housing units, and the project will add when its construction is completed 3701 various housing units for the beneficiaries of the “Residential” program, indicating that the project is located on an area exceeding 3 million m2, and is implemented within 6 different designs with flexible executive options and areas ranging between 350-460 m2, and the project provides all services that achieve quality of life for the residents of the project.
