The “Sakani” program announced the signing of a joint cooperation agreement with the Saudi Arabian Mining Company “Ma'aden”, with the aim of providing a number of housing services to the company's employees who are eligible for housing support, within the program's efforts to facilitate the ownership of Saudi families of their first home and increase the ownership rate of Saudi families to 70% by 2030 according to the targets of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom Vision 2030 -.
The agreement was witnessed in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, where it was signed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing for Housing Support, Essam bin Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, and the CEO of Ma'aden, Engineer Abdulaziz bin Askar Al-Harbi.
The agreement comes within the efforts of the Institutional Housing Department to provide facilities for the ownership of the first home for employees of government and private organizations according to their desires and choices within the housing options and financing solutions provided by “Sakani”.
For his part, Ma'aden's Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Harbi, explained that the agreement reflects Ma'aden's efforts and its continuity in holding fruitful partnerships with various authorities and companies concerned in the Kingdom, with the aim of serving their employees and facilitating their ownership of suitable housing in line with the ambitions of the wise leadership to achieve the living welfare of all citizens, and the diverse package of housing and financing solutions provided by the “Sakani” program is an important step to provide a stimulating and vital environment for Saudi families based on growth and prosperity.<The agreement comes in recognition of the efforts exerted by the company's employees to enhance the contribution of the non-oil sector to the Saudi economy, pointing out that the agreement comes as an extension of more than 32 previous agreements signed with a number of government agencies and the private sector, and includes facilitating the provision of services and housing solutions to Ma'aden employees, setting up temporary exhibitions inside the company's headquarters, in addition to benefiting from the real estate consultant service to offer the best financing and real estate recommendations.It is noteworthy that the “Sakani” program reviews through its website and application 101 residential projects under construction that provide 144 thousand units of various designs and spaces distributed in various cities and regions of the Kingdom, and more than 180 thousand residential land within 223 plans, and the program provides many services that include “engineering designs”, issuing building permits electronically, issuing real estate transaction certificates, real estate advisor service and other services.
