H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Zoum, Governor of the General Authority for Competition, today issued the first electronic No Objection Certificate on an economic focus through the Authority's electronic portal, which includes a wide range of services provided to individuals and businesses to raise the quality and efficiency of operational processes, facilitate access to services in full transparency, and follow up requests at all stages to ensure quality, in order to achieve beneficiary satisfaction, as part of the General Authority for Competition's efforts to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030 for digital transformation.
The services provided by the Authority to beneficiaries include receiving complaints and reports, deciding on merger and acquisition applications, receiving requests for exemption from the application of the system, settlement and reconciliation, in addition to general services such as training programs and other services.
