The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing confirmed today that facilities with 20 or more workers are required to have a collective housing license for individuals issued by the Baladi platform and verified on the collective housing platform.

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs clarified on its Twitter account that the regulation will take effect starting next year on 1 Muharram 1443 AH.
