The Real Estate Development Fund today signed a new partnership agreement with Al-Anma Bank to provide financing and housing services to beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program at the Fund’s branches throughout the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed by Mansour bin Madi, CEO of the Fund, and Abdullah Al-Khalifa, CEO of Al-Anma Bank.
This is the fifth agreement the Fund has signed with financial institutions, continuing their joint cooperation to accelerate home ownership among families and reach a rate of 70% by 2030, in line with the targets of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The CEO of the “Real Estate Fund” explained that the agreement is part of a strategic partnership with financing institutions aimed at providing financing and housing options, saving time and effort for beneficiaries of “Sakani” beneficiaries and enabling them to complete their procedures easily and conveniently under one roof at the Fund’s branch offices across the Kingdom, emphasizing the Fund’s commitment to increasing beneficiary satisfaction with the subsidized mortgage program by streamlining procedures electronically and ensuring the presence of financing institutions within its branches.
For his part, the CEO of Al-Inmaa Bank stated that the agreement reaffirms the strategic partnership between the Fund and Al-Inmaa Bank with the aim of meeting citizens“ needs and providing distinctive financing solutions for the subsidized mortgage program, as well as other options offered by the bank that contribute to Saudi families” ability to own homes. He noted that the agreement will enable Al-Inmaa Bank to provide financing and housing solutions and benefits to beneficiaries “Sakani” program—run by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund—through the bank’s presence within the Fund’s branches across various cities and regions of the Kingdom.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Development Fund provides “subsidized mortgage loans” through more than 43 electronic services via the Fund’s website www.redf.gov.sa, in addition to the “Real Estate Advisor” app. The Beneficiary Care Center (199088) along with social media channels, responds to citizens’ inquiries and questions about the subsidized mortgage program and financing solutions around the clock. Meanwhile, financing entities, including banks and financial institutions, will provide their services through the Fund’s branches nationwide in the coming period.
