“Completion” approves 9 residential plans covering 16.14 million square meters in 6 months

The Real Estate Developer Services Center (TAMAMAM) completed the approval of 9 residential plans during the first half of 2021, with a total area of 16,142,747 million m2 in various regions of the Kingdom, based on the center's strategic goal of improving the performance of the real estate sector and providing integrated solutions for real estate developers, and TAMAMAM provided many services to real estate developers.
The approved plans for the first half included the regions of “Riyadh, Mecca, Qassim, Eastern Province, Asir, Tabuk and Northern Borders”.

As part of the various and varied services provided by the Developer Services Center “Completion” for real estate developers and owners of housing projects, the center completed during the first half of this year the requests for building permits for 8131 housing units, and the center completed the issuance of 119 real estate developer qualification certificates for sales projects The center also dealt with 47 inquiry requests for the validity of the deed, in addition to dealing with requests to support the registration of workers on the ministry's projects to provide 1100 workers, and the center contributed to the issuance of 45 sales licenses for off-plan sales projects, and 2171 real estate developers were qualified in cooperation with the competent authorities providing real estate development services.
The center provides a unified platform and an advanced electronic digital portal that contains all the services needed by the real estate developer, which enables them to obtain services easily and reliably, in addition to establishing the principle of transparency by clarifying the procedures associated with the services and making available all data and statistics that can benefit real estate developers.
It is worth mentioning that the Real Estate Developer Services Center “Completion” aims to facilitate the launch of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and create an attractive environment in which the volume of investments in this sector increases from inside and outside the Kingdom, and accelerates the pace of work in residential projects, which increases the pace of work in the residential projects.
