The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (“Enfaaz”) has announced the holding of several online auctions, namely: «Durrat Al-Aflaj Auction,» which begins on Monday, August 2, 2021, and features three investment opportunities consisting of a commercial and residential building and two villas in Al-Aflaj Governorate, with total areas exceeding 2,600 square meters, and The «Durrat Jeddah Auction,» which begins on Sunday, August 8, 2021, to liquidate five properties consisting of commercial and residential land, with a total area exceeding 408,000 square meters, in addition to the «Nukhba Al-Wadi Auction,» which begins on August 11, 2021, and features two investment opportunities consisting of a workshop and vacant land with a total area exceeding 1,560,000 square meters in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate.
The online auction platforms offer numerous investment opportunities for investors and businesspeople, and they are characterized by the ease of bidding on them and accessing them from anywhere, as well as the ease of completing the sale and purchase procedures electronically without the need to be physically present.
